Charlie Say's

Charlie Say's shares a name with Charly Says, the British government safety cartoon that ran through the 1970s and 80s and warned children to tell their mothers before wandering off. Its catchphrase was sampled on The Prodigy's 1991 breakthrough single "Charly," produced by Liam Howlett. Beyond that echo, no further biographical details on this artist are confirmed on record.
