Datsik is the stage name of Troy Beetles (born June 8, 1988), a retired Canadian DJ and music producer. His sound is rooted in dubstep, built on hard-hitting drum patterns, growling basslines, and futuristic synth lines, drawing from hip-hop, UK garage, and drum and bass.
