AKO Major Defence is a sublabel of AKO Beatz, the London-based jungle and drum & bass imprint run by DJ Stretch. The parent AKO brand dates to 1995, when Stretch launched it as A-KO Recordings, before relaunching under its current identity in 2014. Releases on AKO Major Defence have included 12" vinyl from Coco Bryce, Immortal Minds, Underground Software, Shay, DJ Sofa, Tom & Jerry, and Pete Cannon.
