Ruff Kutz

Ruff Kutz is a bass music imprint launched by producer Pugilist, who has also released on Modern Hypnosis, Samurai Music and 3024. Its catalogue includes Pugilist's own Ruff Kutz 002, built on 2-step rhythm and melodic 808 bass, and reaches at least a fifth release, Faulsk's Lucid, issued through White Peach Records. The label favours 2-step drums, dub-inflected arrangement and heavy sub bass.
