Blue Sonix

Blue Sonix is a drum & bass producer known for evolving from a soulful breakthrough into more recent influential work. His early output includes Disco (1998), built on live instrumentation and a jazz-inflected bassline that pointed toward the liquid funk sound to come, and Funk Nouveau, featured on the 1999 compilation The World of Drum & Bass. He also released The Devil Inside EP on the label New Identity, featuring vocals from Kirsty Willcocks.
