FD is the production alias of Freddie Dixon, a London-born drum & bass producer whose ear was shaped by the city's pirate radio scene. He has released on Metalheadz, Soul:R, and The North Quarter, drawing from jungle, techno, and 2-step to make music that is tuneful without losing weight. Alongside his studio work he has run parties and events within the scene for close to two decades.
