Justice is the alias of Anthony John Bowes, a British drum and bass producer who began producing around 1990 and 91. He has also recorded as Head Hunter, Nitro 44, and Steel, releasing through labels including Moving Shadow and Creative Wax, and is credited as instrumental in the genre's earliest days.
