Bass Militia Records
Bass Militia Records is a drum and bass label known for pushing at the edges of the genre, with a catalogue that also runs through bassline, mutant bass, 4x4, garage, dubstep and jungle. It presents itself less as a label than a movement, a squadron of producers drawing acts from scenes including Japan and Singapore. The sound leans on acid edged basslines, framed by the label as frontline material from the underground rather than polished chart fare.
